Licence agreement

This license agreement (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms by which Irene van der Meer, the owner of Crafty Cutter Svg (the “Licensor”), shall provide access to the Design purchased (defined below) to you (the “Licensee”, “you” or “your”). This Agreement regulates the use of the designs (collectively, the “Design(s)”), which is made available via the website craftycuttersvg.com (the “Website”). By downloading or copying a Design, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Licence terms

By purchasing a Design(s) from Crafty Cutter Svg you accept the License Terms and Terms of Use. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

Crafty Cutter Svg owns the copyright to all designs. All rights reserved.

Grand of rights

The Design on the Website are copyrighted property of Licensor. Licensor hereby grants Licensee a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferrable single-user license for the use of the Design based on the conditions of this Agreement. You agree that the Design serves as part of the design and is not the basis or main component of the product, template or application distributed by the Licensee. Furthermore, you agree not to sell, redistribute, sublicense, share or otherwise transfer the Design to other people or entities.

The Design on the Website are copyrighted property of Licensor. Licensor hereby grants Licensee a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferrable single-user license for the use of the Design based on the conditions of this Agreement. You agree that the Design serves as part of the design and is not the basis or main component of the product, template or application distributed by the Licensee. Furthermore, you agree not to sell, redistribute, sublicense, share or otherwise transfer the Design to other people or entities.

Commercial use

The licensee may use our Design for personal and commercial use. Commercial use is limited to 200 physical items that are produced in-house. This means you may create and sell up to 200 products per Design. The 200 item limit cannot be exceeded by purchasing a file more than once. You will have to purchase a commercial license for this available on request.

If you purchase a design that includes words you are responsible for checking trademarks in the category you are selling in. We are not liable for trademark violations or damages that result from illegal or improper use of our Designs.

Permitted uses

  • Licensee may use the Design in non-commercial and up to 200 commercial projects, services or products without attribution.
  • Licensee may use any Design in part or in whole for your personal or client’s projects
  • Licensee may adapt or change the Work according to his or her requirements.
  • Unlimited print for Licensed Design solely for personal use

Prohibited uses

  • Licensee may not sell, redistribute, sublicense, share or otherwise transfer the Design to other people or entities.
  • Licensee may not upload Designs to any file sharing website or print on demand websites for any purposes
  • Licensee may not use the Design as part of a logo, trademark or service mark.
  • Licensee may not use the Design for pornographic, infringing, defamatory, abusive, harmful, racist or religiously offensive illustrations.
  • Licensee shall not use any or all Items in any manner that infringes intellectual property rights of any party, or in any way subject Us to any unfavourable actions by any party or regulatory actions
  • Any or all Items downloaded or purchased by You can only be used by You only
    Designs are created purely for Your own use or for Your end client.
  • Designs are not for to be used as design element to create Licensed Designs or other works in digital form for sale, sub-license or distribution.
  • Designs cannot be converted into other formats (such as SVG, EPS, CSD, PES, JEF and others) and/or be distributed, sold digitally or sub-licensed at any time.

Termination

This Agreement shall automatically terminate without notice if you do not comply with the terms or conditions specified in this Agreement. If you yourself wish to terminate this Agreement, destroy the Design, all copies and derivatives of the Design and any materials related to it.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Licensor for any and all claims, liability performances, damages, costs (including attorney fees) or other liabilities that are caused by or related to a breach of this Agreement, which are caused by the use of the Website or Design, by the non-compliance of the use restrictions of a Design or which are caused by the claims of third parties regarding the use of a Design.

Warranty and liability

The Website and the Design are provided “as is.” Licensor does not accept any warranty or liability regarding a Design, the Website, the accuracy of the information or rights described therein or the licenses, which are subject to this Agreement. Licensor is not liable for damages, costs, losses or claims incurred by you, another person or entity by the use of the Website or the Designs.

Crafty Cutter Svg reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which our designs and services are offered. The most current version of the Terms will replace all the previous versions. Crafty Cutter Svg encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
