We are here to help so we have gathered the most frequently asked questions for you and provided an answer. Of course if you have any other questions at all you can always email us at info@craftycuttersvg.com.
You will receive the following files with every download:
> 1 x SVG file
> 1 x PNG file
> 1 x EPS file
> 1 x DXF file
> 1 x JPG file
All files are compressed in a Zip folder and need to be unzipped.
Go to your Downloads. Click on the download button next to the design you want to download.
WINDOWS
> To unzip the entire folder, right-click (or press and hold) it, select
Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
> To unzip a single file or folder, double-click the zipped folder to
open it. Then, drag or copy the item from the zipped folder to a
new location.
MAC
> Double click the zipped file.
> The file will automatically be decompressed by Archive Utility
into the same folder the compressed file is in.
> Access the extracted files by clicking the appropriate icons.
> Upload your extracted file to your program
Sometimes files become corrupt during the download process. Just delete the files, and go to your Downloads on the website to download the files again. If you are still experiencing a problem please message me and I will be able to help you.
Due to the digital nature of the files we can’t offer any refunds after the file has been downloaded. Please check the requirements of your programs/cutting machines before purchasing. If you have any issues with your files please get in touch with me through email craftycuttersvg@gmail.com or the contact form on the website. And I will make sure that you will receive files that will work for you. Please make sure before purchasing that your machine is compatible.
You may use my files for personal use or for a small crafting business up to 200 products. There is an extended license available. You can use the files to make physical items using your die cut or plotting machine to sell in your shop or locally.
YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED:
> Re-sell or Redistribute the original or altered files
> Upload it to a print on demand website (like Zazzle)
> Upload it in any sharing websites for any purpose
> Use the design for digital products

We accept Paypal, Visa, Master Card and American Express.
After your purchase you will receive an order confirmation in your email. It includes your order number, billing address, payment method and total. You can also access it through your orders under “my account” and view to display the receipt.
When logging in it could say that your account or email doesn’t exist or you have used an invalid email. Try to register again. If it says that you already have an account with this email try changing the password. By clicking on “lost your password”. Enter the email of your account and click “reset password”. You will receive an email with a temporary password. Follow the link and reset your password.
